Another meeting in Lincoln: SAVE BIRCHWOOD LIBRARY!

To discuss a response to Lincolnshire County Council’s proposals to close Birchwood Library.

The meeting will be chaired by Mary Gillen.
Councillor Rosanne Kirk (@rosiecosy) will be there.
